We operate a strict service policy ensuring that you are treated as we would wish to be treated ourselves.

Once instructed on a requirement we will create a detailed profile of your company. A full understanding of your business will allow us to promote your company in the very best light, which is vital as the best candidates often choose their interviews and receive a number of offers.

With detailed knowledge of a requirement we will draw up a short list, searching for candidates from our extensive specialist database, 3rd party recruiting services, advertising response and other potential sources of suitable candidates including headhunting, referrals and networking at industry events. We will then contact all candidates short listed to introduce your company and opportunity.

We select suitable candidates on a basis of stable work history, technical / business experience and person fit. Careful CV selection ensures that all candidates submitted are interviewed.

Increasingly, clients ask us to work their vacancies on a sole or preferred agency basis. Our recruitment service can also be adapted to provide a solution covering everything from the headhunting of individuals or entire teams, innovative advertising, CV pre-screening, initial interviewing and testing.

We then work with both client and candidate through the recruitment process keeping accurate records of interview feedback from both parties and assist where required in the decision making process. Once you have made a selection we present your offer and work to secure an acceptance.

This is when the real work begins. Once you have identified a candidate, made an offer and had an acceptance, most agencies switch off. At NTS Group we understand that to offer a full service which adds real value to the client, the process is not complete until the candidate has completed the probationary period within his/her new role.
